We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept order cancelations within 48 hours of your order being placed. 
You can always contact us for any return or cancellation questions at lily@burntblissdesigns.com. 

Once your return is received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at lily@burntblissdesigns.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send you a replacement. If your design is printed off center please shoot us a message!

For US orders, the shipping time is approximately 5-12 days

These calculations are shown in the tax price you see at checkout and added to your total. This method ensures that all potential costs are transparent and taken care of upfront. You won't have to worry about any additional fees when your order arrives in your country.

Handling of Taxes and Duties: We handle the estimation and collection of taxes and duties to streamline the process for you. The percentage applied is in accordance with the regulations of your country. Our checkout system automatically calculates these fees, so the price you see is the final price, with no hidden costs.

Magsafe is a technology that is built into phones, ranging from iphone 12 to the most recent model. Inside the phone there are magnets placed under the wireless charging coil on the back. This allows compatibility with magsafe products, for example wireless chargers or magnetic wallet accessories.
